As retailers navigated lockdowns, disrupted supply chains, and an urgent shift toward digital operations, one reality became clear—traditional tools were no longer enough. In a time defined by uncertainty, Juleb emerged with a clear purpose: help retailers stay resilient, connected, and in control through intelligent technology.
The Idea That Sparked Juleb
Juleb didn’t start as a traditional ERP company. In 2020, our first idea was a business aggregator (E-Pharmacy)—a unique model at the time. During curfews and movement restrictions (حظر التجول), we helped collect consumer orders and fulfill them through a network of partner pharmacies using the Juleb App. This experience gave us a front-row seat to the real challenges on the ground: stock uncertainty, disconnected workflows, manual reconciliation, and limited visibility across daily operations. That’s when we saw the bigger gap.
Most pharmacy systems and legacy ERPs weren’t built for what the market needed next:
• Limited integration capabilities • Slow to adapt to digitization and regulatory changes • Not designed for real-time decision-making, multi-branch growth, or seamless compliance
So the Juleb team began building what the industry was missing: an industry-tailored ERP for the pharma sector—cloud-first, integration-ready, and designed for continuity even in the most disruptive conditions.
Built for Continuity, Designed for Growth
The pandemic highlighted a critical need across retail and healthcare: systems that keep operations running anytime, anywhere. Juleb answered that need with a scalable SaaS platform built for remote access, real-time data, and collaboration across teams, branches, and geographies.
Retailers using Juleb were able to:
• Centralize operations through flexible integrations (payment methods, POS machines, aggregators, e-commerce, and even legacy ERP connections)
• Stay compliant with local regulations—from Track & Trace (GS1) to VAT and insurance requirements
• Run online purchase orders with extraordinary offline capabilities when connectivity is limited
• Protect continuity through data recovery and smart backup, supported by the Juleb tech team using a unique approach to safeguard customer data
