Juleb is compatible with any 2D scanner, but it is recommended to use a good-quality scanner to ensure accurate scanning. The receipt printer must be modified on the computer to work with Juleb. Juleb is a web-based solution that works specifically with the same computer settings.
Juleb is only integrated with Al Hamrany credit card readers. If you do not have an Al Hamrany credit card reader, you can request one from your bank for no additional cost. Any other peripherals or integrations that are specific to your business can be discussed and we can offer a separate proposal according to the scope.

We have a support ticketing system, where any user can create a support ticket and our support team fix accordingly. Our Service level agreement is 2 hours for critical issues and 72 hours maximum for non-critical.

Our POS can work offline, also we have an extra layer of protection for all the transactions that happen on POS through our desktop agent where it records the cache of every POS transaction.

ZPL printers (Zebra) are configured on Juleb through PDF or ZPL configuration.
If your business requires printing prescriptions, confirm if the POS system has the capability to generate prescription printouts. Additionally, inquire about the flexibility and customization options for designing the printouts to match your specific requirements, such as adding company branding or including specific information.
Prescriptions can be printed via Zebra Printer directly from POS. (no additional fees – free).
We have an extra feature of recording HCP Prescriptions either through the Juleb HCP interface or Just recording the HCP on POS manually. Juleb Rx provides a seamless experience to the patient where doctors can prescribe through a web-based prescription portal where it directly reflects on Pharmacy POS where it can easily be dispensed.
Rx and HCP Portal feature has an additional cost.
